Is NailFree free to use?

Yes! NailFree is free to download and use. NailFree Pro unlocks advanced features with a 7-day free trial, then $4.99/month or $29.99/year. You can cancel anytime in Settings โ†’ Apple ID โ†’ Subscriptions.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Go to Settings โ†’ Apple ID โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ NailFree, then tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. NailFree does not process payments directly โ€” all billing is through Apple.

Where is my data stored?

All your data โ€” check-ins, urge logs, photos, and streaks โ€” is stored locally on your device. NailFree does not have servers, does not collect your personal data, and never shares anything with third parties.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open NailFree, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase NailFree Pro.

My streak reset unexpectedly. Can I fix it?

Streaks reset when a day is missed in your check-in history. If this happened due to a technical issue, please email us with your device model and iOS version and we'll look into it.

The widget isn't showing my streak. How do I fix it?

Try removing and re-adding the widget. If the issue persists, go to Settings in NailFree and ensure the widget is enabled. The widget uses on-device shared data (no internet needed).

How do I delete my data?

To delete all your data, go to Settings in NailFree and tap "Delete All Data." This permanently removes everything from your device. Deleting the app also removes all associated data.
